The Managing Director of Den Eesti OÜ ("DenEesti"), Mr. Ryan Jenkins, has acquired 100% of the company, backed by BPM Mezzanine Fund,for which it was the seventh transaction in the Baltics.

DenEesti is the leading provider of shore services to cruise ships in Tallinn, with an impeccable reputation and long-standing relationships with its key clients–majorglobal cruise companies.During its nearly 20 years of operations, DenEesti has grown to be the largest cruise shore excursion operator in Tallinn in terms of ship calls handled per year. While Tallinn and St. Petersburg are the largest destinations operated by DenEesti, it can also offer services in Saaremaa, Pärnu, Riga and Klaipeda.
